Brad Jeter is a LEAP™ Advisor with Polymath Partners and a Non-Attorney Equity Partner at Polymath Law, where he works closely with business owners to align their financial lives with the realities, and opportunities, of entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience advising closely held businesses and their owners, Brad helps clients make smarter decisions around wealth planning, business strategy, and long-term value creation.
Brad began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, advising middle-market companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital strategy. He later transitioned into wealth management at UBS and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, guiding entrepreneurs and executives through complex financial landscapes, including succession planning, investment strategy, and tax optimization.
Today, Brad brings that dual-lens perspective – Wall Street precision with Main Street practicality – to the business owners he serves through Polymath’s integrated platform. In addition to his role as a financial consultant, Brad is also the founder of Exit Architects, a firm focused on holistic business exit planning, where he supports owners through every stage of the transition process.
